UI UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences that align with client requirements, user needs, and business objectives.

This role covers the complete UI/UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and collaboration with developers to bring high-quality digital products to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate product and project requirements into user-friendly wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

- Design modern, responsive, and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with developers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and improve design solutions.

- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

- Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across digital products.

- Apply UX principles, responsive design practices, and accessibility standards.

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.

- Present design concepts and clearly explain design decisions based on user needs and business objectives.

- Review existing products and identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.

- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related field.

- Demonstrated experience designing both web and mobile applications.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.

- Familiarity with Agile development processes.

- Background or understanding of Information Technology and software development.

- Ability to communicate and defend design decisions using user needs, research, and business objectives.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Figma or other modern UI/UX design tools.

- Experience with tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar platforms is an advantage.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX projects and your contribution to them.
