IT Project Manager Enterprise Solutions Architect

We are seeking an autonomous, highly capable IT Project Manager & Enterprise Solutions Architect to take complete, end-to-end ownership of client software projects. This is a comprehensive cradle-to-grave leadership role. You will be the singular driving force behind new client initiatives, from the first introductory handshake to the final product handover. Acting as the primary face of P.D. Technology, you will secure the project, architect the technical and financial strategy, assemble and divide the workload among internal or outsourced technical teams, and meticulously manage the execution until the final product is delivered. Reporting to the CEO.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Phase 1 - Client Acquisition, Discovery & Needs Analysis:

- Lead initial engagement meetings with prospective enterprise clients.

- Conduct exhaustive audits of the client's current IT infrastructure, operational bottlenecks, and business objectives.

- Independently research the client's specific sector (e.g., aviation, municipal governance, logistics).

Phase 2 - Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales Pitching:

- Translate business requirements into a cohesive technical vision (frontend UI/UX, backend databases, API integrations, cloud infrastructure).

- Author formal, high-impact project proposals and presentation decks.

- Present solutions to client stakeholders, negotiate scope, and secure the funded contract.

Phase 3 - Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Resource Allocation:

- Formulate a meticulous SDLC project roadmap and present to the CEO for approval.

- Establish strict budgets, project and monitor costs to guarantee profitability.

- Source, vet, and contract specialized IT firms, freelancers, or internal staff.

Phase 4 - Execution Oversight & Final Delivery:

- Oversee developers, engineers, and designers; ensure adherence to standards, milestones, and budget.

- Maintain seamless communication between frontend, backend, UI/UX, and QA.

- Lead final review, rigorous testing, and polished product handover to the client.

REQUIREMENTS

- Broad IT & Software Knowledge: Deep foundational understanding of the entire software development spectrum, including frontend technologies, backend architecture, database management, and cloud deployment.

- Systems Architecture: Ability to conceptualize how different software components interact and confidently explain these systems to non-technical stakeholders.

- Industry Research Acumen: Exceptional capability to quickly absorb and synthesize information regarding new industries and their specific technological needs.

- Advanced Project Management: Mastery of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

- Vendor & Talent Management: Proven experience in screening, hiring, and managing remote developers and external IT outsourcing agencies.

- Financial Literacy: Strong ability to calculate operational costs, manage budgets, and maintain healthy profit margins throughout a project lifecycle.

- Executive Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills.

- Radical Ownership: A self-starting, proactive mindset. Ability to work completely autonomously.

- Time Management: Impeccable organizational skills to manage multiple moving parts, external vendors, and strict client deadlines simultaneously.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Base Salary + Percentage-Based Project Profit Share. Contract. Remote / Kathmandu, Nepal.
