Job Overview

Coral BnB is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall guest satisfaction across our accommodation properties. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and committed to delivering a clean and comfortable stay experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

• Change bed linens and replace towels and toiletries

• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas

• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors

• Ensure rooms are prepared before guest check-in

• Refill cleaning supplies and maintain housekeeping inventory

• Follow cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, guest house, or cleaning experience preferred (freshers can apply)

• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards

• Physically fit and able to perform daily cleaning tasks

• Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments, or vacation rentals

• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Minimum: 10th standard (SSC) pass.

• Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Guest satisfaction scores related to room cleanliness and housekeeping service

• Timely completion of room turnovers and daily assignments

• Compliance with hotel SOPs and hygiene standards

• Reduction in guest complaints related to housekeeping
