Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to support drivers and customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle driver and customer inquiries.
  • Resolve complaints and provide timely support.
  • Maintain records of driver's interactions.
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • +2 completed (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
